Mongolian beef with cauliflower fried rice

1lb steak seasoned with salt, pepper, and turmeric
1 tsp minced ginger (I use the frozen cubes from trader)
2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup coconut aminos
1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
Red pepper flakes
3 tsp monk fruit
1/2 tsp tapioca flour mixed with about 1.5 tbsp cold water

Cook steakf in a little avocado oil with seasoning on med to med high heat until browned. Add in all but the tapioca flour slurry and make sure the flavor is to your liking and adjust garlic or coconut aminos according to if you want sweeter or tangier.
Reduce heat to low and add in corn starch and water (slurry). Wait until sauce is thickened before serving over jasmine rice or cauliflower rice. I used a quick frozen cauliflower rice that I heated up with mushrooms, bell pepper, and kale.
