Peppermint Mocha Cookies

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar

  • 1/4 cup apple sauce

  • 1 cup oat flour

  • 1/3 cup cacao powder

  • 1 tbsp melted chocolate

  • 1/4 tsp salt

Combine the wet ingredients in a bowl then add in your dry. Let the dough sit in the fridge for 30 minutes while you preheat the oven to 350. Scoop cookies on a tray lined with parchment paper and top with chocolate chips. Bake for 9-11 minutes. Take out of the oven and top with melted chocolate drizzle and crushed candy canes!
