Pumpkin SPice Energy Balls
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup of oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup honey
1 scoop vanilla protein
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Recipe:Add all but the chocolate chips to a bowl and mix until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and then roll into individual balls. I used a cookie dough scooper to portion them out. Store in the fridge or freezer.
