Pumpkin SPice Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup of oats

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

    Recipe:

    Add all but the chocolate chips to a bowl and mix until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and then roll into individual balls. I used a cookie dough scooper to portion them out. Store in the fridge or freezer.
