Christmas Cookie Protein Balls

  • 1/2 cup oat flour

  • 1/2 cup buckwheat flour (can use another 1/2 cup oat flour)

  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tsp maca powder

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup almond butter

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil

Mix all ingredients together. Texture should be like cookie dough. Roll into balls. Optional to roll them through Christmas sprinkles!! Let sit in the fridge to chill for two hours minimum before eating.
