Valentine’s Day Chocolate Mousse

Strawberries and chocolate mousse for an easy to make and healthy valentines date night treat!

Only 5 ingredients and super quick to make! But let me tell you it’s sooo good and decadent! Perfect for those who are super busy or working this Valentine’s Day!

Using a hand mixer beat 1 can of coconut cream (the whole can) in a bowl until creamy and combined.

Microwave 1/2 cup chocolate (I picked dairy free dark chocolate chips) with 1 tsp coconut oil for 30 seconds, stir, and another 30 seconds then add into the coconut cream (You can use 2 tbsp cocoa powder if you don’t have chocolate chips or coconut oil).

Add in about 2 tbsp maple syrup and 1 tsp vanilla bean paste (can use extract).

Mix until creamy and refrigerate for about 1 hour until thick!

Top with your strawberries, chocolate chips and crumbled freeze fried strawberries!
