Chocolate chip cookie baked oats
Ugh you guys this was so good! The perfect way to get in a sweet treat and stay healthy! This one is too good to pass up. I also love my baked oats with a gooey center it’s like a skillet cookie!
Preheat oven to 350
1/3 cup oats
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
2 tbsp cookie dough protein powder
1/4 to 1/3 cup almond milk
Mix ingredients together in an oven safe bowl then drop in
Chocolate chips and stir
Place a Tsp peanut butter in middle
Bake at 350 for 20ish minutes depending on how liquid your batter is you may do a couple min more.
