SALTED CARAMEL OVERNIGHT OATS
Such an easy breakfast and so good. If you love salted caramel you have to give this one a try! . . .
1/2 ripe banana mashed
1/3 cup oats
1 serving of vanilla protein
1 tsp maca powder
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp ground flax
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 tsp tahini
Top with your favs!
I did chopped dates, cacao nibs and coconut. MAKE SURE to sprinkle a dash of salt on top to add to the salted caramel flavorIn a small sauce pan add your mashed banana, oats, chia, flax and coconut milk with enough water to cover the oats. Cook on medium stirring frequently until very thick and almost all water has evaporated. Take off the heat and stir in your protein powder, maca, and tahini. Top with dates, cacao nibs, coconut and salt.
